  One the web site its says you close at 4:15 on Saturday i understand its a holiday this weekend but you always close on Monday would be respectful to let the general public know that you would be close on Saturday even tho you normally open on this day

  Perhaps unlucky, but I had the displeasure of having an extremely miserable and unfriendly instructor. I wouldn't have cared, had his negative personality remained just that. Instead, it seeped into his job responsibilities, hindering his ability to administer and score the test in a fair, honest, unbiased manner.
